Objective:
- To provide technical proposal support for sales team or business partner or customer throughout SEA region
- To develop product or system application and create user guidance for the responsible products
- To lead and manage Engineering/ Field Application Engineer team to meet department objective.
Job Description:
- Access product requirement from customer in order to understand customer need.
- Perform product introduction to customer or relative business parties in SEA region.
- Perform load/application analysis by hand on measurement or data collection analysis.
- Perform as technical adviser/consultant and provide technical information/document of product to customer
- Making a technical proposal/solution, project drawing, single-line diagram or other documents relates to the project to customer according to application inquiry.
- Co-ordinate for internal and external customer for factory acceptance test.
- Co-work with relevant parties to design solution to fulfill customer's special requirement.
- Create, organize and conduct product training and seminars for customers throughout SEA region
- Introduce and/or Lead-in new products to customer.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum degree in Electronics Engineer/Electrical Engineer or related field, with Knowledge Electricity network system, Protection system, Substation system, Power flow and Power Generation.
- At least 10 years' experience in product field.
- Fluently communicate in English on both speaking and writing as native speaker.
