We are looking for a driven and experienced HRBP, a candidate with proven successful experience working in a fast-growing global environment and is capable of devising and executing an HR vision and strategy from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on expertise combined with strategic HR thinking, lead a professional global HR team, and help Gett grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:

  • Managerial support - Work closely with the executive team on strategically designing, building, and optimising the priorities for the business. Act as an active leadership member.
  • HR processes -Build and secure implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and systems. These should also Include career growth plans, feedback plans, training plans, and so on.
  • Organizational development work - Act as change and communication leader in the organization to facilitate change management initiatives and preparation for them.
  • Professional development: Grow employee satisfaction rate with learning and development opportunities available
  • Operational Excellence: Support and bring to a new level of excellence HR processes adopted at Gett
  • Build AAA team: engage and retain top performers, support the organization's growth by creating a recruiting plan, hiring processes, and an onboarding process for new employees.
  • Build strong partnerships with the global Gett’s HR team through active participation in cross-organization initiatives.
  • Manage all employee relations issues

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience within the HR field; specifically from a global fast-growing, scaling company
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Successfully coaching, advising and mentoring diverse and highly skilled managers & team members in all levels.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to define Gett's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
  • A track record of building and implementing HR programs and procedures practices from scratch, including global HR processes.
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the drive to cut through complexity.
  • Results-oriented: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with employment legislation and regulations in Israel.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, professionalism and a growth mindset;
  • Consistent communication both written and verbal across all levels of organization in English and Hebrew.;
  • A true team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
