Insurance Customer Service Representative
DH Insurance Group LLC launched in South Florida and is looking for driven, highly motivated individuals to join our administrative team. Hedge fund backed and operated by well-known South Florida-based entrepreneurs and Wall Street veterans, the company is focused on the exploding market for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Supplements and is aggressively building the team in all areas.
We are looking for an experienced insurance customer service representative to connect with our insurance customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries and dealing with complaints. You may also be required to direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be changed or upgraded.
To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information.

Your Role:
- Responsible for answering our phone system and assisting clients with any questions about their accounts. Inbound and outbound calling. Experience working with clients over the phone as a CSR preferred.
- Inputting any notes into our CRM.
- Welcome Calls from the previous day sales.
- Going above and beyond for the customer to find the answer to their questions.
About You:
- You have 1-2 relevant years of work experience. Preferably, working directly with customers and insurance carriers over the phone.
- You have a warm energetic speaking style and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- You have experience in data entry and detailed oriented.
Compensation and Hours
- $14.00 to $16.00 hourly
- Monday-Friday 9:30a to 6p.
