Summary
Pool Attendants/Servers are responsible for the overall guest experience by the hotel’s pool area. This includes but is not limited to suggesting, executing, and delivering food & beverage orders. This role is also responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of the colleague’s assigned areas. Responsibilities also include the control and issuance of mats and towels to guests. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This highly visible role allows for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and efficient. Preferred candidates will have previous experience with serving in food & beverage outlets, and/or in a hotel setting.
The Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa, is inspired by the traditions of American road trips in the 1950's; in addition to our warm and personal guest service, guest rooms, spa, and unique guest activities, and restaurant, we offer guests the experience of our three mineral pools which are naturally fed by Calistoga hot springs.
Compensation: $16 per hour
