Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility
As Performance & Reward Director you will design, develop, and implement policies, guidelines, processes, and solutions so that the outcomes meet KONE’s current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and develop KONE as a great place to work. You are responsible for KONE’s Executive compensation, KONE Long-term incentive (LTI) Plans and Global Mobility. You will be reporting to SVP, Performance and Reward.
The location of the role is preferably Espoo, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and manage the application of Executive Compensation policies and processes covering salary management, short- and long-term incentives, employee benefit and retirement provision.
- Oversee that employment contracts for Executives are aligned and up to date and comply with all relevant regulations, legislation, and employment standards.
- Manage the design, implementation, and communication of KONE long-term incentive plans and Global Mobility policies and processes.
- Work with CEO, EVP HR and KONE Legal team on corporate governance topics that relate to Executive compensation and LTI Plans.
- Support and coach top business leaders and HR directors with Executive compensation related topics such as reward packages and employment contracts to ensure consistency across KONE.
- Analyze and evaluate external and internal market trends and data to ensure Executive Compensation, Long-Term Incentive and Global Mobility approaches are aligned with the business requirements and enable business leaders to make effective decisions.
- Manage relationships with consultants and suppliers who support KONE with executive compensation, LTI and global mobility activities.
- Lead, participate and contribute to global Performance and Reward Projects.
- A member of the KONE Performance and Reward Management Team who define the future direction of performance and reward in KONE.
Skills and competencies
- M.Sc. or Bachelor degree
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational company
- Experience in reward or compensation role
- Experience in working with executive remuneration
- Knowledge on LTI plan design and implementation
- Experience and knowledge on global mobility programs
- Experience in working with global external service providers
- Proven track record of successful roles in multi-cultural business environment
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Hands-on project management and change management experience
- Fluency of English
