Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Participated in the verification of factory data, root cause analysis of KPI substandard items and collecting the output of improvement measures; KPI monthly report output of each department.
2. Follow up and assist to complete the weekly Tips plan, Review and follow up the factory management.
3. Participated in the on-site improvement and standardization, such as the determination of working hours, output improvement, flexible manpower, overall planning of lost working hours and process control, etc.
4. Participated in the efficiency improvement plan and process control.
5. Followed up the Kaizen blitz, plant lean improvement atmosphere creation and other group and divisional lean improvement related projects.

Background & Skills

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering
Strong responsibility and sense of coordination ability
Familiar with CAD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software
Good data analysis ability
English skill
