SALES MANAGER [Vietnam]


 

Whealthfields Group is a professional manufacturer of high quality household cleaning

& personal care products. We are a large-scale leading enterprise of daily chemicals with

productivity more than 1 million tons annually, with factories in China, Germany, Japan

and Thailand. We cover brands like Walch, Ka Pod, Ar Fum, Fresh Hy, La Mamma, etc. Our market has extended to Asia and Europe.

We are looking for a suitable Sales Manager for the company’s expansion plans in Vietnam.

The Sales Manager - is mainly responsible for managing and developing distributors, retailers, partner network in offline channel and other B2B customers. He/she will be accountable for the offline market development, achieving sales target and P&L of the accounts.

· In charge of developing new accounts or distributors (Both MT & GT).

· Developing sales strategies RTM, aimed at the achievement or surpassing of pre-determined sales objectives (range, shelf, activation, revenue management).

· Management of the assigned budget, and negotiation.

· Achieve company’s sales and promotional policy.

· Strong negotiation skills in trading terms

· Ensure regular activities in the stores with the best standards of execution in the point of sales.

· Data analysis of sales and strong understanding of competitor landscape.

· Working with multiple internal teams (finance, supply chain, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proficiency in speaking and writing in English is a must. Proficiency in speaking and writing in Chinese will be a strong plus but not a necessity.

· Have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (must).

· Passionate in Retail Sales and Operations.

· Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline (at least with Senior Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred.

· Good understanding of sales performance metrics.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, good negotiation skills.

· Strong ability to work as part of a team and navigate a cross-functional matrix organization.

· Able to learn new things, hardworking, honest, privacy, passionate, detail-oriented, positive, and flexible.
