Job description

We are expanding our Administration Team at Pembroke Dental, Wexford Town and are looking for Part-Time Receptionist's and Telephone Operators.

These are exciting opportunities for friendly and enthusiastic people who loves to work with the public. As part of our Patient Care Support Team, you will greet and welcome patients to the practice, schedule appointments, collect payments, deal with patient queries, and provide all necessary administrative support to Clinicians. This role involves a high level of patient interaction in person or by phone.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or high volume call taker with a good working knowledge of general administrative practices. Knowledge of MS excel is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.50 per week

Salary: €15,500.00-€20,000.00 per year
