Fuchsia Spa is looking for a Guest Service Sales Manager that LOVES working with our Fuchsia Family and Members. As a Guest Service Sales Manager, you will be leading the team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals. Goals include converting new guests to members, pre-booking guests for services, enhancing services & more. This position requires the ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks, make sound decisions, delegate duties and be accountable for goals. Our Guest Service Sales Manager needs to LOVE our Guests, be fun & passionate about our team and services, organized, ethical, self-motivated and be able to hit goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Our Guest Service Sales Manager will have at least 12 months' experience in a results oriented leadership role AND prior successful sales experience. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and strong computer skills are a must. Other requirements:
- Ability to quickly and genuinely build rapport with guests
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
- Membership sales-background preferred
- Sales background a MUST
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to be calm, confident and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented and a self-starter
- Prior customer service experience
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work evenings and weekends including Sundays
