Job Description
Operational Duties:
- Testing and prescreening potential candidates.
- Verifying reference letters and information of nominated candidates ensuring validity of information.
- Create positions and profile for the new joiners.
- Preparing varices forms related to onboarding department.
- Liaises with all Human Resources Departments to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Follows-up on Social Security procedures and policies for new Kuwaiti staff.
- Prepares reports related to recruitment activities requested by various Government Departments.
- Preparing file for each employee joining the bank and making sure all the required documents file accordingly.
- Submitting the files to pay roll before the cutoff date.
- Creating biometric (fingerprint) for the new joiners.
- Assigning attendance duty groups.
- Creating tickets to issue bank ID cards, and sending it internally to the respective department.
- Entering all rejected candidates in the system for future references.
- Coordinating with the Learning & Development Department for new joiner’s orientation sessions.
- Coordinating with Central Services Department to facilitate the new joiner requirements
