We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and changes.

Salary: £21,595.00-£23,519.00 per year
