GrowthAssistant is looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing Data Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media platforms and websites. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report’s accuracy.

The Role
- Data manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping)
- Build reports and dashboards from scratch or using provided templates
- Analyze results and write a summary of reports
- Pull pricing data to analyze, test, and optimize price and promotion structures
- Provide daily / weekly / monthly reporting on various data sets
- Analyze ROAS data to assist with daily spend / marketing campaign optimization
- Perform A/B testing for pricing and promotion structure for international markets
- Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data / logic accuracy
- Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed
The Requirements
- Must have 4+ years of experience in complex data analysis
- Must have intermediate - advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Sheets
- Must be able to demonstrated ability generating ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch
- Must have excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to work on a graveyard shift (PST)
- Experience with Python or SQL scripting is a plus
- Background in D2C ecommerce and / or working with PPC marketing data is a plus
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms is a plus
