Please note, a person in this role will be dedicated to supporting US clients and will be expected to work on rotational morning and afternoon shifts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing assigned processes in area of Collection.
Pre-Collection/Collection of receivables, blocked orders monitoring & management, Master Data maintenance, reporting, audit support.
Maximising the timely collection of unpaid customer invoices while minimising overdue accounts, write offs and credit holds.
Verifying new customer accounts and working in co-ordination with Deduction Analysts, the business and the US Risk Team in having these assessed and set up within SAP.
Monitoring customers' payment trends though various SAP reporting tools and reporting back the findings to the AR Manager in monthly reviews and monthly metrics.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
At least 1 year of experience on similar position in area of finance or accounting (previous experience in AR/collections will be a plus).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to identify, manage and implement process improvements.
Ability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
Fluent English.
