Operations team, you will be responsible for POCs and Pilots technical development, solution configuration, issue resolution, and client enablement, ensuring operational excellence for the team and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- POCs and Pilots technical development, solution configuration, issue resolution, and client enablement.
- Work directly with customers and in tandem with Technical Project Managers, Account Managers, and other Applications Engineers to deploy successful rollout and end-to-end solutions, including the Factory Map and across the entire product stack as needed.
- Use, improve, and develop monitoring tools and machine setup scripts to provide support for customers on machine connectivity.
- Build and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders on issue management and platform performance.
- Use Python to work with customer-related systems and databases and structured query languages (SQL).
- Work with networking systems and protocols like HTTP, MQTT, etc, as well as tracking systems like Jira, Asana, etc. or proficient use of well-built Excel tracker spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of computing and IT systems, cloud and web application software architecture, IoT, electronics, and data processing systems.
- Familiarity with running scripts and navigating Windows/Linux environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and extreme attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with customer-facing operations on understanding technical feedback and efficiently resolving issues.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Experience with databases, structured query languages (SQL), and using Python to work with customer-related systems.
- Experience working with networking systems and protocols like HTTP, MQTT, etc.
- Prior domain knowledge with electronics and discrete manufacturing and/or factory equipment technical topics.
- Master user of issue tracking systems like Jira, Asana, etc. or proficient use of well-built Excel tracker spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Experience being customer-facing as an engineer.
