The Account Manager – Special Clients (AM) is mainly responsible for servicing of a dedicated client group in the day-to-day work and handling administrative tasks. She/he will be responsible to maintain the needed account due diligence. This entails dealing with routine enquiries and payment transactions as well as documentary due diligence to meet regulatory requirements.Moreover, it will be a task of the AM to keep the KYC profiles up to date and live up to the bank’s quality standards.
In addition to this, the AM will also support the handling of off-boarding of selected client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance in the handling of inactive accounts.
The employee will have to get in contact self-reliantly with clients and various internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Service clients in the day-to-day work and handle administrative tasks
- Efficient and prompt handling of client instructions and requests
- Continuous deepening of customer relationships
- KYC and account documentation maintenance
- Drive compliance to policies to meet existing and enhanced standards
- Work alongside the internal stakeholders from different departments as well as external stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory obligations and internal requirements are met
- Centre of competence for questions in connection with resolution initiatives
- Challenge status quo if necessary to increase efficiency, effectiveness, or risk mitigation
YOUR PROFILE
Professional and Technical
- In-depth knowledge in banking services and client servicing
- Further education in financial markets is a plus, but not essential
- Experience in a Client facing function preferred. Risk or Compliance background alternatively will be considered
- Generalist know-how of a broad array of asset classes paired with a strong interest for financial markets
- Good MS office skills (specifically MS Excel and MS Word; MS PowerPoint is an advantage)
- Fluent in English is a prerequisite, language skills in Spanish is a plus

- Persistent and passionate about client servicing
- Genuine interest in people, ability to relate to clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Very good inter-personal skills, open and approachable
- Independent, efficient, diligent and meticulous work method
