A successful BA at Waverley is the one who:
- Quickly analyzes new client requests, whatever the complexity

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst: hands-on knowledge of BA fundamentals.
- Great communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts with simple words, empathy.
- English B2 and higher: fluent communication with clients and international team members.
- System thinking: the ability to analyze products on different levels, evaluate impact, and model risks.
- Quick learning: ability to self-educate in a new industry within a short period of time
- Experience in managing requirements in any form: user stories, use cases, SRS, PRD, BRD, user story map, etc.
- Experience in modeling: UML, BPMN, workflows, ERD, etc.
- Experience in visual prototyping: Figma, Miro, Invision, etc.
Will be a plus:
- Coding background
- Diverse experience in different industries
- Pre-sale experience
Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to refine their ideas, turning them into solid product plans.
- Dive deep into user analysis to determine who the users are, their pain points, and needs.
- Stay one step ahead by keeping up-to-date with non-functional requirements like regulations, accessibility, security, and other relevant areas.
- Work with our engineering teams to dig into potential tech solutions, their APIs, and any possible roadblocks.
- Keep the lines of communication open with our Quality Assurance teams, down to the most minor details, to ensure we’re all on the same page.
- Be a product knowledge holder for our design teams to help them deliver detailed wireframes that give a clear view of the user interface.
- Use visualization tools and methods to make sense of complex concepts like business logic and various processes.
- Write straightforward and effective documents in all kinds of formats, choosing the best one for each task.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to build trust and effective relationships with team members on both the business and technical sides.
