JOURNEY RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST |
The Journey Reservations Specialist works with the BOOST Journeys Travel Design Team, managing air, hotel, transfer, and experience reservations for customized itineraries for our luxury travel clientele's leisure requests. The Specialist will provide a high level of customer service and hospitality to clients. This is a remote and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities |
- Ability to book and confirm air, hotel and other travel related reservations
- Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules - domestic and international land, air and sea travel
- Proficiency in GDS or SABRE, ClientBase
- Knowledge of luxury travel brands, market, and trends
- Knowledge of best flight routes
- Knowledge of airline practices, programs & operations
- Knowledge of vendor loyalty programs
- Knowledge of document requirements
- Knowledge of destination geography
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop positive client communications
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and situations
- Attention to details such as inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms
- Ability to assist with processing exchanges for travelers
- Assist team members with research and resolution of service issues
- Ability to work flexible night, weekend and holiday hours and shifts as determined by client volume
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
