Busy Car Repair Centre based in Dublin 12 is currently looking for experienced Office Administrator for full time, permanent position.
Training provided.
Requirements :
- - minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, data entry of office administration experience,
- - excellent interpersonal skill
- - strong phone handling and PC skills
- - strong attention to details
- - ability to work in fast paced work environment
Key Resposibilities:
- - answering phone calls at reception
- - manage customers booking
- - handling credit card and cash payments
- - inputting and updating cars records
- - following up on PO numbers and raising invoices
- - dealing with insurance companies / managing motor claims
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
