Job Description
Location: West / Central / East
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site (residential) property
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
- Assist the Condominium Manager to support daily operations
- Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule
- Engage service providers through proper approval system; manage contracts and performance of service providers
- Follow up with service providers on submission of monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing
- Convene and attend all meetings of the Developer and / or MCST Council; prepare minutes and reports for meeting
- Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by residents
- Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
- Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure; ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF / SF contributions
- Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
- Process and assist in putting up paper for Extraordinary works when necessary
Requirements
- Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
- Candidate with Arrears Management will be advantage
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of BMSMA will be an added advantage
- Designation and remuneration package shall commensurate with experience level.

Salary: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
