START DATE: Monday, 08/14/2023
PAID Training Hours: 9am-5:30pm for 3-4 weeks, must be able to work these hours.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 10am-6:30pm EST
Must work from US soil. Equipment will be provided, we do not reimburse for internet service, which is required.
Job description:
As a Help Desk Analyst you will be responsible for resolving incoming telephone requests for technical assistance on standard commercial and proprietary applications. Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the Analyst - Help Desk role. All Analyst - Help Desk’s are subject to shift changes to adapt to the business needs of the Service Desk.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of 6-12 months of previous call center or computer support experience
Skills Needed:
- Strong Verbal/Written Communication
- Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Lotus Notes, and Internet applications
- Troubleshooting for clients/Finding solutions for clients
