Job Description/ Requirements:
- Handles payroll on a semi-monthly and weekly basis for both salaried and hourly employees.
- Ensures that policies are in alignment with new laws and maintain FSLA standards.
- Records attendance, time-off requests, and all employee documentation.
- Solution-driven mentality in regards to employee conflict and representing upper management.
- Onboarding, terminating, recruiting, and enrolling benefits for employees/new hires.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Creating PIP's/write ups to maintain work environment and performance.
- In charge of managing supplies required for all departments.
- Plan company events & parties with Creative Director.
- Assisting Creative Director in duties and scheduling.
- Be the direct point of reference whenever an employee has a question or requires assistance.
- Able to conduct all tasks and responsibilities with complete confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We are still encouraging employees to wear masks and employees be vaccinated. We have a supply of rapid tests, in case an employee doesn't feel well. All work stations are at least 6 feet apart with open space ventilation.
