Argyll Scott is partnering with a well-established international retail corporation to seek out a skilled individual for the position of Retail Commercial Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the sales and profit plan for specific channels while also assisting the organization in attaining its strategic and financial objectives for its brands in the market.
Day to day
- Support Commercial Excellence Lead with sales plan management
- Define retailer-specific commercial strategy aligned with budget targets
- Develop promotional plans with Marketing to increase sales in DS and perfumeries
- Plan and budget for launches and promotions, including forecasting, supply management, pricing, and A&CP tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless sales execution
- Gather market intelligence for identifying new business opportunities to enhance brand image and visibility
- Establish strong relationships with retailers
- Drive commercial negotiations for maximizing business aspects
- Forecast saleable goods for cost optimization and preventing obsolescence
- Ensure implementation aligns with corporate and brand guidelines
- Negotiate and implement Coty Brand Image with personalized fixtures in all doors.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in planning
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of office applications on PC
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience
